Refund policy
Returns
Our online policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we canāt offer you a refund or exchange. No exceptions will be made.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in with all tags still on.
To complete your return for an online order, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Online RefundsĀ
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We do not offer in store refunds, instead we offer credit notes.Ā
If you are not entirely happy with your item that you purchased in store we offer an exchange within 14 days from the day of purchase providing the item is unused, within its original condition and with tags on.
We do not offer refunds or exchange on sale items in store or online.
Late or missing refunds
If you havenāt received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items purchased online may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping
To initiate a return, please email us at badgerandfoxsingapore@gmail.com prior to sending back the item. Once confirmed, you should mail your product to: 163 Tanglin Rd, #02-151 Singapore 247933
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We donāt guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchange
Badger & Fox will replace a defectiveĀ product. If you need to exchange a product, please e-mail a photo of the product to badgerandfoxsingapore@gmail.com along with a description of the defect or damage. Please also provide the original receipt.
